We are glad to let you know that during the meeting, there was a lot of complain. reports and petitions from the external Communities and International Investor on the level of SCAM and DELAY activities that is going on in West Africa in general, which the West African Continents representatives denied and states that your are the course of your predicament because, many of the beneficiaries tried to connived with junior staff as to go through a back directives in securing an easy payment and /or in some cases direct you to a sacked official , who some time approach you as a partner / government and bank official at the end will defraud you which have subjected their fund claim / released to a dead luck.

After deliberations on the complains etc. we the UN decides to interfere in this issue as to ensure that you are paid once and for all. Following the assurance given to us by the Republic of Ghana

President His Excellency Prof. John Evans Ata Mills, we agreed to enter into a bilateral agreement with one of the Ghana banks called “GHANA COMMERCIAL BANK LIMITED as to ensure that you are paid.

To this effect, the mentioned bank has agreed and made payment through three “3” payment methods as thus;

1. Payment through ATM MASTER CARD payment
2. By Certified Bank Draft /CHEQUE Payment and
3. By Bank to Bank Telegraphic Wire Transfer MT799a

you are informed that no matter what is your source of fund, kindly contact the Managing Director of the Ghana Commercial Bank Limited, strictly as directed in this mail to avoid any repetition of your past.
