This wine made by Hegarty Chamans in Trausse-Minervois is a pleasant medium bodied wine with high notes of plum and blackberry and a little tannin and a little acidity in the back of the throat. A good fruity nose rounds off a well priced table wine (7 Euros, £5, $10) which would be perfect with any red meat dish of just on it's own.
