Nice dessert sparkling wine from Salasar, CAMPAGNE SUR AUDE. The sweetness is just right, without being over powering. A very pleasant wine to finish a meal off with. Good value at around 7 Euros a bottle and makes you wonder why anyone buys wines from Champange,
