pleased to write you this day, I have a business proposal to offer you which will be of mutual benefit to both you and me.

I represent a member of the first family in Togo (actually the immediate junior brother of the president) whose identity will be revealed in due course. Some funds have been made available to me for investment on behalf of the first family and I will be willing to invest these funds in a sane and profitable environment. These funds cannot be transferred out of the country without proof of investing it in a sane company and country where profit is guaranteed hence my contacting you.

The cost of the transfer and bank charges will be paid ONLY after the funds gets to the receiving company`s account.

After confirmation of the transfer by your bank, all bank charges including Taxes to the government of Togo will be paid directly to the originating bank by the receiving company within 72hrs of confirmation.
I anxiously await your positive reply to enable me open communication between you and my principal in view of transferring the said sum for immediate investment in your country. Also an MOU will be duly signed by both parties and it will be legally binding on all parties involved in this transaction. Also I will send the proof of funds in the form of deposit certificate issued by the bank here in Togo where the funds are lodged.
